Orpheus Musical Theatre proudly presents the inaugural Show Tune Showdown™ — a high-energy night of musical theatre mayhem that’s part competition, part trivia, part variety show, and 100% fun.
What Is Show Tune Showdown™?
Three teams go head-to-head, belting out beloved show tunes for bragging rights and theatrical glory. But that’s just the beginning.
In surprise Showdown Rounds, teams must guess a song from trivia clues and perform it on the spot — unrehearsed and unfiltered. Anything can happen, and often does.
And yes, the audience gets in on the action too. In the Audience Showdown, a brave audience member who correctly guesses a song jumps onstage to perform it, earning points for their favourite team.
Running time: 2 hours and 20 minutes including one 20 minute intermission (approx.)
