**Incumbent was appointed to the position by the Board of Directors following a resignation. As per Orpheus bylaws, any appointment must be ratified by the membership through election at the following Annual Meeting.

In addition to the duties listed in the descriptions, we're especially seeking folks with a knack for Strategic Planning and Change Management as we continue to create our next 5–7 year Strategic Plan over the course of this season.
